"VERACE" is a gas oven that can bake Neapolitan pizza with the same feel as a wood-fired oven. The unique R.H.S. system from Valoriani circulates the high-temperature air inside the oven evenly beneath the firebed and returns it to the dome, maintaining a stable and uniform temperature throughout.
